mailCmsSignedData

The mailCmsSignedData object represents data structured in the Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS) SignedData format.  This object contains the signature of protected data, and information required to verify the signature.  The syntax of the fields generated in the structure follow the Abstract Syntax Notation 1 (ASN.1).  In a nutshell, the structure is arranged as follows:

Methods

• GetComputedDigest - Gets the computed digest of the encapsulated content.
• GetEncryptedDigest - Gets the encrypted digest of the signature.
• IsVerifyDetached - Verifies the contents of the detached file with the signature and information stored in the SignedData object.

Properties

• Algorithm - Gets the algorithm used to sign the message.
• AttributeCertificateCount - Gets the total number of attribute certificates in the collection.
• CertificateCount - Gets the total number of certificates in the collection.
• CmsVersion - Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS) version that the structure of the data object is based on.
• CRLCount - Gets the total number of CRLs in the collection.
• InnerContentType - Gets the content type of the signed data.
• SignerCount - Gets the total number of signers.
• SignerInfo - Gets a signer at a specified index location in the collection.
